The following publications describe progress on the project:

'New Legal Services via the Web - AustLII's Research on Legal Inferencing' (Chapter 5 of 'The AustLII Papers', 1997) was the first paper published about wysh.

'Representing and using legal knowledge in integrated decision support systems: DataLex WorkStations'(Artificial Intelligence and Law, Kluwer, Vol 3, Nos 1-2, 1995, 97-124 ) sets out the (pre-internet) background to wysh, particularly in parts 4-6 on ysh.
